Minnesota Permit to Carry Course
Get your Minnesota Permit to Carry certification through a convenient hybrid format. Our course is based on the nationally recognized USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense curriculum, ensuring you receive the highest standard of training.How it Works:
(1) Live Online Classroom: Complete the full classroom portion via a live, interactive online session from the comfort of your own home.(2) In-Person Shooting Qualification: After completing the online classroom session, meet with your instructor in Burnsville for your live-fire shooting qualification.(3) Receive your Certificate of Training in safe use of a pistol and apply for your Permit to Carry.

Instructor Bio
Eric has been a Minnesota Permit to Carry holder since 2018 and began his career in the firearms industry in 2021, where he gained experience in instruction, range safety, firearm sales, and regulatory compliance. In 2025, he founded Turgeon Tactical to provide practical, responsible firearms education.He holds certifications as a USCCA Concealed Carry and Home Defense Instructor, NRA Pistol Instructor, and Glock Armorer. As an award-winning competitive shooter and daily concealed carrier, Eric brings hands-on experience to every class. His teaching emphasizes useful shooting skills, helping students build confidence, competence, and safe, responsible habits as gun owners.
